The Marcoots have long been associated with high quality Jersey cows and now are taking their expertise into the cheese making business. See their processing area, and visit with the family regarding how they are working to market their product and the opportunities that it has created on this family owned and operated dairy.

 

Carlyle Lake Dam Tour & Mioux Florist Tour At over 26,000 acres, 15 miles in length and 3.5 miles in width; Carlyle Lake is the largest man-made lake in IL. Construction of this dam began in October of 1958 with completion of the dam in April of 1967. Get a behind the scene our of dam operation and function.
